(II) DIKCHU- CHUNGTHANG (UPWARDS) - 1630 HRS TO 2200 HRS (III) VEHICLES ON EMERGENCY DUTY ARE EXEMPTED FROM THE RESTRICTIONS.NOTE-IT IS ADVISED TO ALL THE ROAD USERS TO USE 4*4 VEHICLES IN THE ABOVE ROUTE.

About the district

The district is the largest in four districts of Sikkim. The landscape is mountainous with dense vegetation to the alpine height before the southern tundra, before leaving the desert. Many waterfalls surrounded by the main road make visit to this district very beautiful.
