In compliance with the Order dated 26/03/2026 passed by the High Court of Sikkim in WP(C) No. 07
of 2024, it is hereby infomed to the general public, particularly residents Of all Gram Panchayats under
Chungthang Sub-Division, Mangan District, that:
The Office Of the District Collector, Mangan is undertaking an enqui1Y to ascertain whether any land
is under occupation/possession of the Army without there being land acquisition,
In this regard, all concerned landowners and members of the public are requested to kindly come
forward and furnish information, such as plot number, location, name of landowner, and supporting
documents, if available.
Such information may be submitted in writing to the Office of the District Collector, DAC, Mangan
within IO days of publication of this notice,
